The recommended way to disburse the oils are in an essential oil diffuser or an inhaler. Below are a few commonly used oils to get you started toward easing allergies.
Eucalyptus oil - Helps open up the sinuses and lungs to allow your body to process the pollen more easily. NOTE: Due to its high levels of 1,8-cineole, it is recommended that you do conduct a "sniff test" on those who may have breathing issues, like asthma. If any tightness in the chest occurs from inhaling, do not use this oil.
