ACTIVE YOGA In The Hills

In The Hill's Active Yoga class offers a class for all levels of Yoga from beginner, who is only familiar with the most basic poses,  to seasoned practitioner. Libby uses her knowledge of various forms of Hatha Yoga asana (postures), anatomy and physiology, kenesiology, and the energy systems of the body to develop unique class sequences.  She teaches to all levels by offering basic instruction, modification options, and deepening suggestions for the postures. 

 

Each class begins with intention focusing and breath work.  Next is the active part of the sequence, guiding students though a mixture of static held and flowing postures.  The class always ends with Savasana (corpse pose), where students are given the opportunity for relaxation with awareness.  

ACTIVE CLASS TIMES:  Monday & Tuesday 6-7:30p
