The PRACTICE of Hatha Yoga is a process of relocating ourselves through the tangible reality of the body. Each Yoga class at In The Hills is focused to help students learn to practice with PATIENCE and gain a better understanding of the relationship between body, mind, and breath. Practice creates space. It creates space to live in our own body that is balanced and free and supports a deep inner PEACE. Here at In The Hills we do not use our bodies to get into a pose, but rather the pose to get into our bodies.
Group Yoga Schedule
In The Hills Group Yoga classes each incorporate the classical elements of a Hatha Yoga practice; Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Reservations are required and must be made at least 4 hours in advance of the class. Class size is limited to 8 students and last 90 minutes. Mats, props, and water are provided to students for use during class times. If you would like to attend a class that is full, you are welcome to register for the wait list. If an opening becomes available, you will be notified and given the opportunity to join us.
Costs: 1-Class Pass $18, 4-Class Pass $60, 10-Class Pass $135, 20-Class Pass $250.

Private Yoga Lessons
Private lessons are an amazing platform for beginning yoga students to avoid injury and quickly develop increased comfort in a variety of yoga styles. A private lesson with Libby at In The Hills will be tailored specifically to you: your needs, conditions (pre- and post-natal, arthritis, etc, including any medical condition), level of experience, special requests for adjustments or advanced asana how-to’s (including learning headstand, arm or forearm balances and handstand) and the degree to which you want to focus on meditation, philosophy and spirituality. Each lesson is 90 minutes.
Costs: $75 per 90 minute lesson
Up to 3 students allowed per lesson at a shared cost.
