Yoga can benefit everyone.  You don't need to be flexible or be able to clear your head of all thoughts. You simply need the desire to show up, breathe, and listen to your inner guide.  The term Yoga comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "yoke" or "union", the harmonious interplay of mind and body in all areas of life. On a physical level, yoga postures are designed to tone, strengthen, and align the body and were traditionally practiced to ready the body for seated meditation.  These postures are performed to make the spine supple and healthy and to promote blood flow to all the organs, glands, and tissues, keeping all the bodily systems healthy and functioning optimally.  On a deeper level, yoga uses breathing techniques and meditation to quiet, clarify, and discipline the mind. Yoga is not a religion, but a way of living with health and peace of mind as its goals.

Group Yoga Schedule

In The Hills Group Yoga classes each incorporate the classical elements of a Hatha Yoga practice; Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Reservations are required and must be made at least 4 hours in advance of the class.  Class size is limited to 8 students and last 90 minutes.  Mats, props, and water are provided to students for use during class times.  If you would like to attend a class that is full, you are welcome to register for the wait list.  If an opening becomes available, you will be notified and given the opportunity to join us.

Costs:  1-Class Pass $18, 4-Class Pass $60, 10-Class Pass $135, 20-Class Pass $250.

No refunds on class passes.  Expirations dates apply.

Private Yoga Lessons

Private yoga classes have many benefits. One-on-one instruction can provide a more tailored experience, helping to focus on your unique needs and goals. Private yoga sessions can allow you to ask questions and get feedback in real-time, which isn't always possible in a group setting.  These sessions are especially beneficial for beginning Yoga students and  those recovering from an injury or illness.

Costs: $75/60-Minute Lesson  $100/90-Minute lesson

Up to 3 students allowed per lesson at a shared cost.
